The Hospital is a military building in Last War Survival where injured troops are healed. Its capacity depends on several factors, primarily its level. If the number of injured soldiers exceeds the Hospital’s capacity, the excess soldiers are considered “dead” and are permanently lost.
Once you reach HQ level 22, you can build the Emergency Center, which lets you recover a percentage of your lost soldiers.

Level 30 and Higher
During Season 2 Off-Season, your warzone moves into the Age of Oil, introducing a new “Age of Oil” tech tree in the Tech Center. By completing the “HQ Expansion” research in this tech tree, you can upgrade your HQ and other buildings up to level 35.
