When an Alliance wins the Capitol Conquest event by holding the Capitol for the longest duration, the Alliance Leader becomes the President. As President, they gain a 5% boost to Hero HP, Attack, and Defense, along with special privileges. One of these privileges is the ability to assign titles to other players, each providing unique bonuses.
The titles the President can assign are:
- First Lady
- Military Commander
- Administrative Commander
- Secretary of Strategy
- Secretary of Security
- Secretary of Development
- Secretary of Science
- Secretary of Interior
First Lady
The First Lady title comes with the best perks after the President. She can manage titles for other players and assist the President in overseeing title assignments. Additionally, the First Lady can appoint her successor.
Bonuses:
- +20% Construction Speed-up
- +20% Research Speed
- +10% Training Speed
Military Commander
Once appointed, the Military Commander receives combat-related buffs, including an increase in March Speed and a higher Enemy Unit Casualty Rate.
Bonuses:
- +5% March Speed
- 5.0% Boost in Enemy Unit’s Casualty Rate
Administrative Commander
The Administrative Commander gains boosts to both construction and research speed, allowing them to strengthen their base’s power at a much faster rate.
Bonuses:
- +60% Construction Speed
- +60% Research Speed
Secretary of Strategy
The Secretary of Strategy gets a buff in the Hospital Capacity and Unit Healing Rate.
Bonuses:
- +20% Hospital Capacity
- +20% Unit Healing Rate
Secretary of Security
The Secretary of Security title enables a player to train units at a faster rate.
Bonuses:
- +20% Unit Training Cap
- +20% Training Speed
Secretary of Development
The Secretary of Development receives a boost to construction and research speed, similar to the Administrative Commander, but with slightly lower benefits.
Bonuses:
- +50% Construction Speed
- +25% Research Speed
Secretary of Science
The Secretary of Science title is similar to the Secretary of Development, but it offers a greater boost to research speed than construction speed. If you’re focusing more on research, applying for the Secretary of Science title would be a better choice.
Bonuses:
- +50% Research Speed
- +25% Construction Speed
Secretary of Interior
The Secretary of Interior title boosts resource production for your base, increasing food, iron, and coin output. If you’re looking to increase your resources, applying for the Secretary of Interior position is an excellent choice.
Bonuses:
- +100% Boost in Food Output
- +100% Boost in Iron Output
- +100% Increase in Coin Production
How to apply for these positions?
To apply for the Secretary positions, click on your profile icon in the top left corner of the Home screen. After clicking, you’ll see a building button that displays your server number. Pressing this button will take you to the appointment tab, where you can choose the title you want to apply for.
Keep in mind that there is a 30-minute wait time between each application, so choose your title wisely.
Here are the requirements for applying:
- Your HQ must be at level 16 or higher.
- The appointment list must not be full.
- You cannot apply for Military Commander or Administrative Commander, as these positions can only be selected by the President or First Lady.
